Support FAQs

In the majority of cases, no! No-cost client requests are any edits directly related to your current services and take less than 1 hour to complete. If an individual request is estimated to take longer than 1 hour to complete it may incur a support fee. Support fees are determined based on the type and size of the request.

If a fee is required we will reach out to you with the details prior to completing the request. You will only be charged after you have given us the thumbs up to proceed.

In most cases, you will see the updates immediately after receiving your request completion email and refreshing the page. In less common cases, it may take up to 24 hours to propagate.
If you are submitting a photograph to be added or updated on your site, please send us the highest quality version you have available. If the image is going to be used as a hero or background image it must be taken in landscape mode and be at least 1000px wide.
In order to add a video to your website we require either a link to the video on YouTube/Vimeo/Wistia/etc. or the embed code provided by the video platform. We cannot upload an .MP4/.MOV/.AVI/etc. file to your website directly.
The title bar on a website is the small bar just above the main navigation, which is usually reserved for small text like a location or phone number and social media icons. Many websites do not allow a lot of flexibility in this space, so adding things like office hours or full buttons are generally not possible.
We recommend having the minimum necessary top level menu items to be conscious of how the view width will change as the website is displayed on mobile devices. It may appear that there is plenty of room on a nice big desktop monitor, but the same amount of space is not there on a laptop or a tablet. You may, however, move the top level items around and have as many submenu items as you would like.
